Parking SOLUTION

Install clear and precise parking information and enforcement signs throughout the area to be covered in sufficient numbers so that the correct sign for any parking zone are clearly visible to the motorist.

Any vehicles contravening the rules to the area would be issued with a Parking Charge Notice which is attached to the windscreen of the vehicle.

MOBILE PATROLS

Uniformed officers in clearly marked vehicles carry out mobile patrols together with the signs displayed in the car park this in its self creates a strong visual deterrent.
These types of patrols are mostly used when the abuse of the car park is of a fluctuating type .i.e. late night shopping, market day, sports events and where the use of signage has brought most of the abuse under control requiring just random weekly/daily attendance to maintain the site.
All sites will be issued with a CMS (UK) Ltd reporting register, and patrols will sign in and out on each visit where possible

STATIC PATROL

A static Patrol offers a constant visual deterrent. The use of a uniformed officer in addition to the signs displayed creates a highly visible impact to would be parking offenders. This option could be used on a weekly, monthly or permanent basis, as the site requires thus keeping cost to a minimum whilst maintaining effective car park management.
The onsite parking officer will always work under a strict code of conduct and remains in contact with the head office at all times.

CONTRAVENTIONS

Our enforcement officers have the use of either manual or electronic equipment to issue parking charge notices. The electronic equipment is linked via satellite directly to main frame system which enables us to monitor site activity.
This enables us to direct officer to problem with a much improved service.

AN EXAMPLE OF A TYPICAL RETAIL PARK WE CURRENTLY MONITOR:

Parking problems at a large Retail Park / Supermarket with 786 bays
Parking misuse of disabled bays
Parking abuse of 11/2 hour parking limit

Before the implementation of our service was in the place the abuse was widespread and prospective shoppers had to queue to enter the car park with their cars

Result - Using this solution we have found in our experience that the pattern and reduction of misuse is as follows:

Parking misuse in the first week = 24%

Parking misuse in the second week = 16%

After six weeks of being in operation parking misuse is reduced to 4.7%.

This clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of our solution and why you should always contact us for a practical, manageable and affordable service.
