CMS is the result of two companies combining experience and knowledge to form what we feel is a new approach to car park management. In the current climate many of our competitors would seem to be going down the road of enforcement, which seems is closing the gate after the horse had bolted. CMS feel that prevention is a cure in itself, it is far better for our clients to have a low conflict system of car park management in place. For this reason we use the term Car Park Solutions and feel it better to solve a problem than to keep enforcing an unchanged situation.

Using our tailored system we have been able to manage the delicate situations of Hospital and disabled parking abuse with the minimum impact to the service users and the public whilst operating our system. Although enforcement can never be ruled out we feel that making the public aware of the rules of a specific area in which they are parking will reduce parking misuse.

CMS provides a car park management that has been tried, tested and proven to reduce congestion and car park misuse to a level that is both negligible and manageable. Looking at the current forecast of car ownership and the ever decreasing number of available parking spaces along with the misuse of disabled parking bays (which is covered by the Equality Act 2010), ignoring parking issues is no longer an option.
